Blayne Terrebonne is one of three people arrested in connection with an overdose and the death of a teenage girl from a fentanyl overdose.

Terrebonne was apprehended by detectives on the day the teen died.

Later, in connection with the investigation, they apprehended Larose residents Anthony Francis, 21, and Sergio Perez, 18.

The suspects were all suspected of narcotics dealing. Terrebonne and Francis were given bail in November 2022,

while Perez remains at the Lafourche Parish Correctional Complex.

According to the authorities,

the 15-year-old girl purchased what she thought was a Percocet tablet from Terrebonne the night before she died.

The tablet contained solely fentanyl, according to investigators.

According to an autopsy performed by the Lafourche Parish Coroner’s Office, her death was caused by a heroin overdose.

According to a toxicology study, she had a large concentration of fentanyl in her blood at the time of her death.

Terrebonne was discovered and arrested on January 25, 2023, by detectives.
