Following graduation, Christa began her career as a news reporter and anchor for WESCO-AM/WQVR-FM in Southbridge.
This contract lasted several years before she moved on to WGMC-TV in Worcester, Massachusetts, where she worked as a producer in addition to her regular job as a news reporter.
