Before joining WMTN, she worked as a meteorologist for WPXI until May 2021. Danielle spent three years as a meteorologist in Indianapolis before joining WPXI.

While in Indianapolis, she covered flooding, tornadoes, and snowstorm tracking.

She began her career in Texas, where she helped produce and edit an AP-award-winning 30-minute weather show.

Danielle has also worked for FOX59 and KOCO-TV in Oklahoma, where she was a member of the team that was named the Oklahoma Association of Broadcasters’ Best Morning Show in 2012.

During her journalism career, she also received an Emmy Award for her coverage of a tornado on May 20, 2013.

Danielle wrote an article for KOCO-Tv in Oklahoma in September 2014 about how mole crickets were to blame for small dirt mounds that were popping up all over the city.
