The rapper’s ex-business manager, Thomas St. John, is suing him for $4.5 million (£3.7 million) in unpaid payments.

Mr. St John, on the other hand, has been unable to locate Kanye or a suitable site to file his action.

Mr. St John came in court on December 19 to request an extension of time to serve the documents, stating that the rapper did not have a lawyer to accept the papers on his behalf.

According to The Sun, suspicions of Kanye’s disappearance began to swirl after Daily Loud tweeted, “Kanye West has allegedly been missing and difficult to find for weeks according to his ex-business manager.”

“On December 19, in a court filing… Thomas is requesting an extension of time to serve Ye and the second defendant, Yeezy LLC, according to court filings.
