The friends have reconciled, and Sophie is now engaged to podcaster Jamie Laing, whom he proposed to in December.
During the lockdown, Emily and Harvey, like many other couples, decided to move in together and advance their relationship.
Emily had moved from her home with Sophie and Miles to a luxurious London apartment with Harvey.
Harvey once offered an Instagram tour of their apartment when it was under lockdown.
“I figured as it’s Sunday and we’re in lockdown, and that people have a lot of time at home they want to get their home in a certain shape, I’d share with you guys,” he posted on Instagram stories.

Emily announced her relationship with Jordan Alexander in the most recent season of Made in Chelsea.
Jordan Alexander is the managing director of a recruitment firm, and the two had known each other for quite some time.
