It happened around 12:10 a.m. on Monday. According to investigators, shots were fired, and cops were called to the 3700 block of Sugarcreek Lane SE in the Honey Creek Subdivision.
When they arrived, they discovered a 17-year-old boy who had been shot to death inside the House, as well as two adults aged 50 and 51.
According to officials, this was a planned domestic incident.

The sheriff’s office listed Jailon Gray, a 21-year-old guy who allegedly lives at the apartment where the incident occurred, as the suspect.
Authorities say a guy is in jail after three people were shot and murdered in a Rockdale County neighborhood shortly after midnight on Monday.
At 12:10 a.m., deputies were called to a residence in the Honey Creek Country Club and Golf Communities, about six miles south of Conyers.
The sheriff’s office reports that all three victims died when they arrived.
Officials confirmed that one victim was 17 years old, while the others were 50 and 51 years old, despite the fact that their names had not been made public.
It is uncertain what their relationship is.
Jailon Gray, 21, was identified as the culprit, according to Lt. Lejohn Tate.
Gray faces three counts of aggravated assault and criminal murder.
When deputies arrived, they stated Gray was still inside the House, and he was quickly apprehended.
He has been charged with three charges of aggravated assault and three counts of criminal homicide.
He was released after posting a $1,420 bond in that instance.
Officials said there were other people in the House at the time of the shooting, but they were unharmed.
The sheriff’s office claimed to have been to the House before but could not explain why.

Tate stated the suspect lived there and was a member of the family.
However, he was unable to confirm Gray’s particular connection to the victims.
According to Tate, despite being present at the time of the incident, the other inmates of the House were unharmed.
Authorities have not released any other information about the victims, the perpetrator, or what may have led up to the crime.
Gray was arrested in July 2021 for failing to show his license plate correctly and driving without insurance, according to Rockdale jail records.
He was released after posting a $1,420 bond in that instance.
