The Cleveland Browns were Joe Haden’s first professional team.
The Browns selected him seventh overall in the first round of the 2010 NFL Draft, and a few months later, he signed his first pro contract – a five-year, $50 million deal.
He was the team’s third-choice cornerback behind Sheldon Brown and Eric Wright, but he played in the first game of the season, a loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Joe Haden had 64 combined tackles (57 solo), 7 assists, 6 interceptions, and one forced fumble after appearing in 16 games, seven of which he started.
