Jordan Douglas Krah of Colorado was jailed after making racial remarks to two young children. A man from Colorado was detained on Monday after claiming to have attacked two college students dining at an In-N-Out Burger in the Bay Area on Christmas Eve with a racist and homophobic diatribe. The students, Arine Kim and Elliot Ha, recorded the exchange for a now-viral TikTok video.

According to the police,

diners at an East Bay In-N-Out Burger, prompting his arrest for breaching California’s hate crime legislation.

The incident occurred on Christmas Eve. After being posted the next day, the video soon gained millions of views.

Jordan Doughlas Krah is allegedly seen in the video harassing Kim and Ha,

making derogatory comments about their sexual orientations and questioning about their racial histories and ethnicities.

He is even spotted returning after departing to question the pair.

He then orders them to come outside to see him, threatening to spit in their faces if they don’t.

Kim told CBS Bay Area that she and Elliot were shivering and stuttering

toward the conclusion of the meal, as Krah stared at them for ten to fifteen minutes.

According to Ha, the staff members were accommodating and asked if they might escort them to their car to verify Krah was not close.

According to the San Ramon Police Department,

the video’s viral notoriety aided investigators in locating both the victims and the offender.

police contacted Kim and Ha via social media. Following that, a criminal inquiry was begun.

According to Jordan Police, Douglas Krah of Denver approached the victims without warning and screamed

homophobic and racial obscenities at them, making the two victims worry for their safety.

The TikTok video used to record the dialogue shows two customers sampling various menu items.

Jordan, in the background, inquires if they are filming themselves while eating and refers to them as “weird homosexuals.”

Jordan then inquires whether the diners are Japanese or Korean, based on their surprised reactions.

After one of them responds, “Korean,” the suspect claims she is Kim Jong Un’s girlfriend.

As the diners tensely laugh, the suspect continues calling himself “a slavemaster” and uses a homophobic insult.

Jordan Douglas Krah, 40, is charged with two charges of perpetrating a hate crime, according to the San Ramon Police Department.

San Ramon Police Chief Denton Carlson revealed on Twitter that one of the people in the video had contacted them via social media.

He was charged with two charges.

On Monday afternoon, San Ramon Police seized Krah and booked him in the Martinez Detention Facility following an investigation into the two victims.

Krah was booked at the Martinez County Jail and taken into jail at about 4 p.m. local time on Monday.
