Tanner was pulling a practical joke (prank) on a man at a mall in the Dulles, Virginia,
suburb of Washington, around lunchtime on Sunday. When things went wrong, a friend was filming him.
According to investigators, the alleged shooter pulled out a revolver and shot the YouTuber in the stomach.
Cook survived the wound but required surgery. First responders transported him to a hospital in critical condition.
Cook’s father, Jeremy, stated that his son’s gallbladder needed to be removed.
Cook is expected to make a full recovery soon, according to his family.

Alan started working at FedEx as a Courier swing-dot on September 1, 2015.
He was still employed by the company as of January 11, 2019.
Similarly, he worked as a Porter/detail at Koons Collision Center.
He has been a Courier Delivery Driver since July 4, 2019.

Alan Colie was arrested and charged with aggravated malicious wounding and releasing a firearm within a building for using a handgun in the conduct of a felony.
