Many people are interested in the allegations leveled against Eli Erlick, an American activist, author, researcher, transgender woman, and founder of Trans Student Educational Resources. After facing assault, loneliness, and prejudice, Eli Erlick came out as transgender when she was eight years old.
Eli Erlick was prevented from using the lavatory at her school, and she was subjected to threats and abuse for years afterward.
Eli rose to fame in California as the state’s youngest openly transgender person.
She had a medical transition not long after.
At the age of 15, she began working as an advocate and writer, and at the age of 16, she formed the group Trans Student Educational Resources.
She graduated with honors from Pitzer College in Claremont in 2013.
Eli Erlick’s Arrest and Charges
At the time of writing, Eli Erlick had not been arrested because there had been no public announcement of his arrest.
Testosterone, on the other hand, is a Schedule III restricted medication, which means it is subject to more stringent controls than other prescription drugs or synthetic hormones.
If proven guilty, Erlick could be arrested, albeit there has been no word of an investigation as of the time this piece was written.
Erlick, on the other hand, has already admitted to providing hormones to persons who do not have a prescription or legal access.
In a March 2021 YouTube video, he boasted about receiving additional hormones so he could distribute his different drugs for free.
Erlick goes on to say that he had previously sought testosterone for a friend via Instagram, only to have the post quickly deleted by the social media company.
“I know it’s illegal,” Erlick admitted, “but I compare giving out cross-sex hormones to illegal jaywalking.”
He was the first individual in his state under the age of 18 to have sex reassignment surgery (SRS) covered by his insurance.

In February 2022, Eli Erlick said that Matt Walsh, a well-known conservative Republican journalist, was “trying to coerce scores of trans people and medical professionals into participating in an anti-trans documentary under false pretenses.”
When his producer attempted to hire her for the project, she discovered Walsh had set up a front organization called the Gender Unity Project.
Walsh later confirmed that the subject would be included in his upcoming film, What Is a Woman?
A trans activist from California who sells cross-sex hormones to teenagers online has a long history of sexual assault allegations, with several victims, some of whom were children at the time, accusing him of attacking them.
Eli came under criticism when he disclosed his desire to provide unprescribed cross-sex hormones to young people via the Internet.
“I work with a network of wholesalers to provide you with hormones if you require them.”
On May 23, Erlick said on Instagram, “Everything is free, no questions asked.”
“Hundreds of testosterone, estradiol, and spironolactone doses are currently available.”
“They were all carrying unused doctor’s prescriptions.”
When political journalist Matt Walsh and the renowned Twitter account @libsoftiktik tweeted the letter, Erlick quickly retracted it, although archived copies of the text remain online.
Erlick went on to remark that the decision was a resounding rejection of suggested limits that would limit children’s access to medical “gender-affirming” drugs.
The legislation was prompted primarily by mounting research expressing worries about the risk of long-term harmful side effects.
Erlick thanked Walsh for the “free advertising” on his Instagram story before deleting it.
