“That’s a pretty strong bond, and it happened so quickly after
Xana and the roommates’ deaths that it’s irrelevant,” they added.

The Tragic Death of Xana Kernodle’s Father
Despite the fact that it is unknown who Xana Kernodle’s mother is, her father,
Jeff Kernodle, went out following the tragedy to laud his brave daughter.
He revealed to 3TV/CBS 5 in Arizona that Xana had marks on her body
as proof that she had responded against her attacker.
The father, who was heartbroken, congratulated his daughter for being a capable and strong woman.
He said that she was unconcerned about the Drama and other issues.

On November 13, Xana, 20, her boyfriend Ethan Chapin, 20,
her friends Madison Mogen, 21, and Kaylee Goncalves, 21, were discovered dead
from stab wounds on the second and third floors of an off-campus apartment building in Moscow, Idaho.
The deaths are alleged to have been carried out with a knife in the “Rambo” style when the students were dozing asleep.
Their housemates Dylan Mortensen and Bethany Funke were also
there at the time of the deaths, according to sources, but escaped unscathed.
They allegedly awoke hours later after discovering the dead and contacted 911.
According to Idaho Police, Mortensen, and Funke are not being treated as suspects in the case.
