Williams’ mother, Crystal Harris, claimed she couldn’t stop thinking about it.

Harris predicted he’d never be able to go to a prom. I’ll never see his wedding or the birth of his first child.

Harris revealed that “Tankman” was her son’s nickname.

Harris said her kid as “sweet, knew a lot of people, was friendly, and made friends easily.”

He enjoyed telling jokes. He liked dressing up as a clown, telling jokes, and giving you cute nicknames.

As of Monday night, the sheriff’s office has not released a cause of death. “Why me?” Harris wondered. “I had just lost my father seven months before.”

I found myself in the same situation as before. I’m just interested why.

Why would someone do this to my son? He wasn’t a horrible child in the least.

Williams’ family has planned a candlelight vigil and balloon release for Thursday evening.

“He was very loved,” Harris said, “and I just couldn’t see anyone wanting to harm him.”
