Who is Joseph Rosenbaum?
Joseph Rosenbaum, a Waco, Texas native, was one of the Kenosha Shooting victims. On August 25, 2020, he was one of the guys killed by Kyle H. Rittenhouse. They were both there at a “Black Lives Matter” rally in Kenosha, Wisconsin. Rittenhouse was one of the armed people at the time or during the demonstration.
Rittenhouse took part in the demonstration and traveled to Kenosha for business (as told by him in the trial). Joseph Rosenbaum was one of the demonstrators who stood up to the cops and demanded that Jacob Blake be brought to justice. On August 23, 2020, Jacob was shot at least eight times by a Kenosha Police Department officer called Rusten Sheskey.
Rittenhouse was armed with a Smith & Wesson AR-15 style rifle on the day of the demonstration. Rosenbaum threw a plastic bag at Rittenhouse and attempted to take his firearm, according to the trial and subsequent demonstration that day. Rittenhouse retaliated by shooting Rosenbaum in the back, left hand, and groin. Rosenbaum was later discovered to have been wounded on the side of his left leg and a graze wound on his forehead. Rosenbaum’s pelvis was fractured at the hospital, and his right lung and liver were discovered with the rest of the pistol.

Joseph Rosenbaum- Professional Career
Rosenbaum was sentenced to 12 and a half years in prison in Arizona on December 16, 2002. He was found guilty of sexual activity with a minor on two counts. During his time in Arizona’s State Prison Complex-Eyman in Florence, Arizona, Joseph was charged with 42 disciplinary infractions. Four times in four years, he was found guilty of defying orders.
On the 6th of August 2003, the 28th of April 2004, the 8th of August 2005, and the 10th of April 2009, he violated the injunction. He had a long history of crimes, all of which were committed in Arizona, and he had a very severe criminal record.
He was convicted guilty of attacking the weapon on the 22nd of January 2007. On May 15, 2008, he was found guilty of possessing and manufacturing firearms.
On the 10th of April 2009, he was discovered messing with security or safety development. On the 23rd of October 2009, he was found guilty of having drugs or narcotics in his possession. On the 16th of March 2009, the 10th of April 2009, the 3rd of March 2010, and the 31st of March 2010, he was found guilty of assaulting the personnel.
On August 17, 2010, he was also convicted guilty of obstructing employees in Arizona. He was not allowed to drink alcohol or use any restricted substance without a prescription.
He was also barred from having any contact with Kariann Sue Swart, with whom he was engaged in 2019, whether it was physical, electronic, or any other form of the third party.
