Nick Brueser’s Professional Career

Nick Brueser, a sports personality, began playing the sport when he was in kindergarten. He was enthusiastic about both academics and sports.

When he was a freshman in high school, he decided to pursue baseball as a career. Nick found that his leadership extended to the clubhouse and the classroom in addition to the field.

All of Brueser’s time on the field has contributed to his accomplishments thus far. His coaches describe him as analytical and intelligent.

He hit the third-most home runs in school history thanks to his baseball prowess. Later, he was a member of the Arizona T-Rex and the Diamondbacks Elite Scout Ball club.

Nick was also trained as part of the United States U-17 National Team Development Program to extend his horizons and gain experience. He was instrumental in the club’s victory in the Perfect Game World Series, which it was ranked first in. He competed in the 2016 USA Stars tournament before enrolling at Stanford.

In his rookie year, he started 31 games, including nine starts, batting 0.205 with two doubles, two RBI, and nine runs. Nick scored a run in Stanford’s 25-5 victory over Utah during the game. He contributed to the team’s 3-1 victory over Arizona State by scoring the game-winning double.

He got his first hit of the season at Texas, where he won 11-1. He had a solid start to his sophomore season in 2019, reaching base twice with one RBI at Grand Canyon. In the same year, he hit his first career home run while going 1-for-3 with two RBI and a run versus Gonzaga.

In 2020, he appeared in 13 games, including 12 starts, hitting 0.235 with five runs, four doubles, and seven RBI. He went 2-for-4 with an RBI and a double against Cal State Fullerton on February 16, 2020. He is currently playing in the College World Series and hopes to get picked in the MLB draft in July 2021.
