Professional Career of Walt Harris

Walt Harris made his professional MMA debut against Justin Thornton at HEF: Hess Extreme Combat on March 15, 2011.

With only sixteen seconds left in the first round, he TKO’d his opponent. After that, he went 6-1, with wins over Tony Melton and Anthony Hamilton, a UFC veteran, before signing with the organization in the fall of 2013.

On September 19, 2013, Harris inked a contract with the UFC. In the Ultimate Fighter 18 Finale on November 30, 2013, he faced fellow rookie Jared Rosholt.

He signed with the Florida-based promotion Titan FC after being released from the UFC.

He fought D.J Linderman at Titan FC 28 on May 16, 2014. In the first round, he knocked out his opponent.

On September 26, 2014, Harris was set to face Dave Herman at Titan FC 30.

He withdrew from the battle due to a back issue, and the fight was postponed.

It was planned to go into effect on December 19, 2014, however, it was delayed.
